17 dudes decided to get better this morning. We even had a guest heckler (Donatello) appear as well. With a little Dora to explore the PAX mosied to Tombstone Hill for a little action.  Partner Routine to include the following:

While Partner 1 was completing part of the exercise, Partner 2 would Bernie Sanders to 1 pole, turn around and Sprint to the top of the hill, where he would complete 5 Merkins. Mosey back down to relieve their partner.

 

• 90 Burpees
• 180 Pickle Pounders
• 270 LBCs
• 360 Flutter Kicks

Gassers on the Hill for approx. 5 min then mosey back to the amphitheater.
