With blocks in hand, PAX moved to turn 1 on the track for a blocking good time. 3 exercises 10 reps each, then repeat for 9 reps, 8 reps…..plank or al gore for 6.

- Merkin with lateral block drag – 10
- 100m jog with block
- bent over row with block – 10
- 100m job with block
- RINSE AND REPEAT
