THE THANG
Straightforward smoker. PAX would perform a move at the bottom of the hill, run to the midway point for the next move, run back to the bottom, and them run all that way up to the road to finish the last move. Rinse and repeat in a ladder format adding 1 rep per round beginning with 5 reps. All three moves were combo moves.

Goal was get to 10 reps and then start back down the ladder. QIC called time with about 7 minutes to go to mosey back for some Mary.
