Roughly a 50/50 split of runners and ruckers descended on The Hill to kick Monday in the teeth. Perfect 65 degrees and humid.

THE THANG
It felt like an AMRAP kind of day for the QIC. Grab a deck of cards to add some fun. Pretty simple. 1 PAX draws a card from the deck. Card number equates to the distance run on the field. Face cards were 150 yrds and Joker was players choice. AMRAP 4min sprinting the distance and jogging back. 1 min recovery in between cards. Didn’t note all the cards that were drawn but we had a series of 9, 8, 10, and a face card. We did have one “shorter” distance at 6 and Balk threw down with a 170 yard with the only Joker drawn. Finished with a 100yrd sprint down and back before QIC called time. Distances varied by pace but everyone finished the morning somewhere between 4.1-4.4 miles. Solid work.
