Strong work from the PAX this AM. It wasn’t the most fun Q, but YHC pushed the PAX and Balk pushed me. T-claps to Balk for putting in almost 5 miles and pushing the tempo of the morning followed by some sad clown laps to hit his 6 mile goal.
