Motivators down starting from 8 led by each person who is in attendance in reverse order.
THE THANG “Bear crawl/Crawl Bear full body cinder block workout”
Using a cinder block as weight for all exercises
- 20 Shoulder press
- Bear crawl across the parking lot and crawl bear back to starting position. Hold plank while waiting on 6.
- 20 Arm raises out front
- Bear crawl across the parking lot and crawl bear back to starting position. Hold plank while waiting on 6.
- 20 Bent over rows
- Bear crawl across the parking lot and crawl bear back to starting position. Hold plank while waiting on 6.
- 20 Dead lift
- Bear crawl across the parking lot and crawl bear back to starting position. Hold plank while waiting on 6.
- 20 Squats
- Bear crawl across the parking lot and crawl bear back to starting position. Hold plank while waiting on 6.
- 20 Block burpees
- Bear crawl across the parking lot and crawl bear back to starting position. Hold plank while waiting on 6.
- Mozie around the perimeter of the parking lot
