THE THANG
Inspired by a recent Men’s Health article, QIC decided to put the workout to the test. Pretty simple. Start with 60 sec AMRAP for each move, rest 30 sec, then rinse and repeat for 50 sec each. After each round, reduce the AMRAP by 10 sec.
Round 1
- Flutter Kick Squats
- High Knees
- Burpees
- Side Straddle Hops
Cool down jog around the track
Round 2
- Shoulder Tap Merkins
- Block Curls
- Dips
- Block Press
Cool down jog around the track
