- 25 Flutter Kicks then run a lap around parking lot. On repeat for 5 Min
- 25 Curls then run a lap around parking lot. On repeat for 5 Min
- 15 Man Maker (Block Burpee) then run a lap around parking lot. On repeat for 5 Min
- Couple Sprints
- Couple rounds of Bear Craw and Craw Bear
