10 PAX arrived to a still snow-covered AO on a brisk 38 degree Thursday. QIC had to call an audible due to less than safe conditions on the track.

THE THANG
With a limited opportunity to plan due to the audible, QIC decided a taste of a “chipper” style workout from Boilermaker was in order. Only modification was following each move, the PAX would plank until the six was finished before moving on. Routine was as follows:
- 90 air squats
- 80 sit-ups
- 70 push-ups
- 60 body-weight lunges
- 50 Carolina Dry Dock
- 40 mountain climber (R+L=1)
- 30 Crunch
- 20 Burpees
- 10 pull-ups
- Run back to the pavilion
