BOMBS over Wilderness Road

10 PAX turned out on a crisp morning to partake in some fun.  We’ve seen BB posted of BOMBS and were feeling a little left out at the Wilderness Road.

THE THANG
PAX paired up at the bottom of the hill.  Someone stayed at the bottom performing the moves while the partner ran up and back down.

• Overhead Block Presses x 100
• Merkins x 150
• Big Boy Situps x 200
• Squats with the Block x 250

Several guys wore weighted vests which definitely added to the intensity.  One pair finished all rounds while the others called an audible at 150 squats to mosey back to the parking lot in time.
