THE THANG
Simple yet effective routine with a mix of most everything The Hill can offer. Workout was as follows:
- 1 – Lap
- 2 – Sprints
- 3 – Wall jumps
- 4 – Sets of stairs
- Rinse and repeat adding another set to each round (2 laps, 4 sprints, 6 wall jumps, etc)
