Brisk spring (I think?) morning of 40 degrees. Light winds. Moneypenny was challenged to pick up the Q but couldn’t beat Honeysuckle to the calendar.

THE THANG
The Hill took to “The Hill”. For some PAX it was their first excursion to “The Hill”. After several trips up in an EMOM fashion, all the PAX were tired of that punishment. Around John Exum back to the track the long way. The snake on the field, sprinting in one direction and jogging back using every solid line (5 yard increments). A 100-yard sprint back to the starting goal line and Rudy’s famous death by shuttle run EMOM before a final cool down lap.
