In the wee hours of gloom, an adventure of measurable proportions took place.  A humble YOUNG lad named Yukon led the group of 11 PAX to imminent and immediate danger…it was all they could do to get out alive!  Those that wore their power vests undoubtedly regretted that decision. As time wore on they clawed, dragged, and modified until the day was won, and oh was it won…

  • 1 PAX moved to the middle of the circle to do the designated exercise with 50 lb measuring weight; while the remaining PAX in the circle completed reps of a separate exercise to the middle PAX cadence; once complete the PAX to the right of the 1st PAX in the middle of the circle would move to the middle to replace the 1st PAX…this continues around until all PAX have had an opportunity in the middle of the circle.
    • 1st round middle PAX exercise = 5 reps kettlebell swing
    • 1st round circle PAX exercise = heels to heaven matching the rep of the kettlebell swing
    • 2nd round middle PAX exercise = 5 bent over rows
    • 2nd round circle PAX exercise = merkins matching the rep of the row
