THE THANG
With Murph just around the corner, PBS requested a Q to offer some quality prep. After some demonstration regarding full range of motion for each move, a 30min timer was set. Prescribed workout was 5 pull-ups, 10 merkins, and 15 squats AMRAP for 30min. Goal was 20 rounds to complete the non-run portion of Murph. Strong work by everyone.
