11 PAX came out to The Range on a beautiful morning to help QIC celebrate his birthday with a VQ block party.

THE THANG
PAX mosied with blocks over to the stairs to begin the block party. Pax carried their block up and down stairs to four different stations with the following birthday celebrations assigned:
Station 1:
- 27 block curls
- 27 merkins
Station 2 (up two sets of stairs):
- 27 block squats
- 27 LBCs
Station 3 (across the parking lot)
- 27 block kettle bell swings
- 27 SSH
Station 4 (Down two sets of stairs)
- 27 Block OH Press
- 27 Burpees
Back to station 1:
- 27 Block Lunges
- 27 American Hammers
Station 2:
- 27 Block Rows
- 27 Squats
Station 3:
- 27 PAX Choice (w/ block)
- 27 Flutter kicks
Station 4:
- 27 PAX Choice (w/ block)
- 27 heels to heaven
Rinse/Repeat until time was called. Mosie back to start w/ blocks.

Cool down run up the hill and back. More running was proposed because QIC forgot proper workout time length.
