The 700 Club was introduced to F3 NETN in late August and it was only reasonable to bring the fun to the men of Iron Valley.

RX = 100 reps of each move completed before moving on to the next exercise.

Modification options: 50 of each for two rounds or 25 of each for 4 rounds.
