- Carry blocks to Tennis Court Hill
- 5 push ups at the bottom of the hill, bear crawl up the hill, 5 air squats at the top. Run back down the hill. Repeat for 15 minutes.
- Core Crushin’ DORA- with a partner 100 Mountain climbers, 200 American Hammers, 300 Flutter kicks. One partner runs up the hill and back while the other performs the exercise. Switch when the running partner gets back to the bottom.
- Carry blocks back to the parking lot
