THE THANG
Teams of 4 split into 2 groups of 2 who worked to complete 20 laps of around the block (Boone, Wilson, Commerce) while the remaining 2 farmer carried blocks and did bear crawls up the hill on Boone St. This quickly was modified to an overhead block carry for each person. At the bottom and top of the hill, the remaining team:
- Block Squats
- Block Curls
- Block Squats
- Block Presses
