8 PAX came out on a cool 38 degree morning to celebrate YHC’s 50th Block Party B-Day Bash. All exercises started with the letter “B” and would include several trips around the block. Like excited children at a B-Day party, the PAX were ready to play.
Warm-up
- 20 Burpee slaughter starter
- TTT 10 IC
- WMH 10 second count R & L
- LBAC 10 IC
- LBAC Reverse 10 IC
- Slow squats 10 IC
The Thang
Mosey to Tombstone Hill. This party included a circuit of exercises beginning at the bottom of the hill, Bernie Sanders, Bear Crawls and BLIMPS.
The bottom hill exercises included:
- 5 BOPOs
- 10 Burpees
- 20 Bobby Hurleys
- 30 Bat Wings
- 40 BBSUs
- 50 Boat Canoes
Before proceeding to the next exercise the PAX would Bernie Sanders to the top of the hill, turn around and continue running down the other side to the corner of Wilson Ave. The PAX would then Bear Crawl for 50 reps (each arm counted as 1 rep) toward Wild Wing Café then run to Commerce Street where they would complete a set of BLIMPS (5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperial Walkers, 20 Merkins, 25 Plankjacks, 30 Squats). Run back to the Tombstone hill and begin with the next exercise. Rinse and repeat until time ran out.
A burpee train crashed the B-Day party at the end much to the delight of the PAX.
