Use good form, with full range of motion, for your exercises. Don’t worry about others – let them push you – but it’s your fitness journey. You are only shortchanging yourself if you choose poor form and volume over good form. Better to do 5 good pushups when the Q calls for 10, then 10 bad ones. You’ll get better results that way, too.
