Mosey to the front of SHHS and down the far-right stairs to the lowest level then left to the bottom of the Hill.
THE THANG
At the bottom of the Hill complete 24 squats, 24 lunges RL = 2, 24 merkins. Then bear crawl up the hill to the cones or bear crawl out the sidewalk to the cones. Each pax went up the hill 3x and out the sidewalk 3x.

Those who finished had 11s waiting for them. From the cones on the sidewalk run-up to the turn complete 10 LBCs and then back to the cones for 1 V-Up. Continue until you get 1 LBC and 10 V-Ups.
