THE THANG
Partner up.  Partner 1 does BLIMPS; Partner 2 runs half a lap of track, 25 Johnny Dramas on bleachers, and then runs another half a lap.  Rise and repeat – 5 or 6 rounds each.

• B: 5 burpees
• L: 10 lunges (L + R = 2)
• I: 15 imperial walkers
• M: 20 merkins
• P: 25 plank jacks
• S: 30 squats
