Classic 21s:
Drop the coupon on one end, then on the other, begin with 20 merkins, run the length of the parking lot, complete 1 squat thruster, decreasing merkins and increasing squat thrusters by 1 rep with each circuit. Just for fun, each time the descending exercise (merkins) hit a multiple of 5, run either Magnolia or Hotel Hill, complete 20 burpees, and then continue. The PAX loved it.
