Bat Wings- LBAC  Forward and Reverse x 20, Seal Claps x 20, Overhead Claps x 20

Parking Lot lap and stop at the bottom of the lot
THE THANG

Everest- Lunge, Squat, Lunge Squat up the hill that turns into the parking lot then mosey to Skate Park

Deck of Uno Flip Cards

Classic Side (Fabio led)- do the # of reps on the card for each exercise

Blue- Merkins

Green- Shoulder Taps

Red- Dips

Yellow- LBC’s

+1= 11 reps

Wild Card- PAX Choice (both chose to have all the PAX run the big hill)

Flip/Switch/Skip a Turn- Go to the flip side for some legs.  Do # of reps on the card for each exercise

Purple- Jump Squats

Maroon- Lunges

Turquoise- Box Jumps or Step-ups

Orange- Mountain Climbers

Flip/Switch/Skip a Turn- Flip back to upper body workout cards

+5= 15 reps

Started increasing the reps during the final five minutes

Mosey back to the Range.
