Bringing Out the Ladder:

5 movements: Round 1 – 50 Reps each, 1 bridge lap, 5 merkins. Rinse and Repeat (drop 10 reps each round, add 1 extra bridge lap, add 5 extra merkins. Example: Round 2 – 40 reps each, 2 bridge laps, 10 merkins.

Movements:

Dips, Squat w/ coupon, Leg raise with a static coupon hold over your chest, curls, SSH
