THE THANG
Mosey to the three tiered parking lot via the new “Beanie Route” (up the CTE Hill, through the bullpen, and down to the first tier).

  • Bags of fun size Halloween candy awaited the Pax but none was consumed.  Partner up and choose a candy from the bag. Each candy had an exercise attached.  The type of candy and its calories determined the number of reps. While one partner completed reps the other ran a loop on the parking lot before switching off.  Rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat, etc.
  • Exercises:  BBSUs, Merkins, V-ups, Squats, LBCs, Mountain Climbers, Bobby Hurleys, Monkey Humpers
  • Calories ranged from 65 to 95.  A pax or two was witnessed throwing a bad draw back into the bag.

MARY
Mosey back to the Range to close the running loop and plank.  The post-test resulted in 5 more burpees for failure to name a core principle.

MOLESKIN
Two years in F3 has been life-changing.  Kardashian EH’d me for months before I finally came out.  Every pax this morning was encouraged to EH a guy who needs to find a place in our COT and to reach out to one who has been out for awhile.  The fitness aspect gets us our at 5:30 a.m. but the faith and the fellowship keep us there.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
