The track was assigned 4 stations to complete reps and exercises at each . West midpoint 25 curls, south end 25 step ups, east midpoint 25 dips, north end 25 mountain climbers pax completed 4 laps of this. Once the first mile was completed pax held table top plank for 60 secs. Then for next two laps 50 squats at south end, 25 merkins/25 shoulder air presses at the east side, north end 50 Freddy Mercury’s, 50 bent over rows on the west midpoint each lap. So for those counting at home that 100 reps each the first mile and another 100 reps the next half mile (cut short for time).
