4 for a chilly workout at the Underground. Coupons abound and core work was the phrase of the day
Slow 1/4 mile lap around the track to get the blood flowing. Moved in to some yoga moves (no Birkenstocks, flower pulling, or granola crunching). WMH, butterflies, SSH, LBACs
We seamlessly flowed into our workout beginning with 10 “on my count” merkins. Oh the agony of slowly going down and pausing before the “UP”. Nothing like a good follow up with 20 dips OYO. Coupon work was next with 20xOHP
Core work followed with flutterkicks and hello dollys, rolled back over for merkins’. Recovered for some coupon curls (No black friday deals here)
Mosey to the pullup bars for 5 sets of max reps. Strive for 5!!! Mixed in some merkins’ after the 5 sets along with some more core work. Leg lifts, slow on my count. Feel the BURN!!!!!
Ended with sets of weighted walking lunges and side lunges. Will be feeling those for a few days!
had a nice plank with shoulder touches and a few more merkins’. Met Al Gore for a few minutes.
