- Mosey to the Pull-up bars: Partner 1 does 5 pulls while partner two works on squats (100 for the pair) Flap Jack until rep count reached.
- Mosey to the front of the school: Partner 1 runs the loop while partner two does merkins (150 for the pair) Flap Jack until rep count reached
- Mosey to the lower tier of the parking lot: Partner 1 runs up the steps of all 3 tiers and back while partner 2 works on BBSU (after 3 rounds per pair modified to LBCs, rep count was 300) Flap Jack until rep count is reached.
- Mosey back to COT
Planked while we named the 5 core principles again. Time for Ring of Fire with merkins. Pax hold plank while one pax does 5 merkins then returns to plank as the merkins go around the circle. Complete reps of 5 and 4 before time was called.
