Grabbed Partners. Partner #1: Run Backwards for a 20 count, then jog. Partner #2: Perform Merkins x 10, run and catch Partner #2. Swap roles, Rinse/Repeat until Caboose reached.
2. Caboose Team Reps: Perform the following exercises with you partner: Star Jacks x 50, Mike Tysons x 50, LBCs x 100
3. Corner to Corner Run from Caboose back to AO. Follow Greenway Trail, stop and perform Burpees x 3 @ each corner encountered.
4. Cut-a-Flip Pyramid: Perform pyramid rounds of Carolina Dry Docks & Big Boy Situps until time is called.
5. Mosey to Hotel Hill. Perform: Squats x 10, Run to top of Hill, FC (4 Count) x 10, Run to bottom of Hill. Repeat for 3 rounds, adding a rep each round. Perform ABCs until Six completes rounds.
Mosey back to AO, perform random exercises until 6:15 AM.
