- 1 minute squats
- 2 minutes of curls
- 2 minutes of squat thrusts
- Stations- 1st lap group stays together- time doesn’t start until all Pax arrive at station. After lap 1, divide up into 2 groups and continue.
- 20 sec dips, 20 sec LBC
- 20 sec merkins, 20 sec squats
- 20 sec Imperial Walkers, 20 sec wall sit
- 20 sec curls, 20 sec overhead press
