Warm-up lap followed by a dynamic warm-up on the field
THE THANG
Partner up for some snakes and ladders
- Partner 1 begins running a snake on the football using every 10 yard line
- Partner 2 (using the sideline) begins running a sprint ladder of ten 100s, eight 80s, six 60s, four 40s, and two 20s
- When partner 1 completes the snake, switch with partner 2 and pick-up where they left off on the sprint ladder
- Rinse and repeat going back down the ladder
- Once you’ve gone back down the ladder, alternate laps and ladders until time is called
