YHC and Pythagoras were logging some apparently slow miles at SHHS earlier this week when we were passed by two young shirtless dudes with not an ounce of fat on them. They happened to be ETSU track athletes. They were chatty…told us they were cooling down and they had done a tough steeplechase workout today. Steeplechase huh?? Sounded like a good addition to a Q. 7 pax experienced the 1st Annual(??) Steeplechase at The Range. This time is was only a hurdle. Next time there will be water. 50 warm degrees, clear, dry.

Start at green flag and head to teddy bead for 2/3 triangle bear crawls, head towards saw horses and get over them somehow, continue to cones and do exercises as follows
- 15 Peter Parkers (R+L=1)
- 15 HR Merkins
- 15 Squat Jumps
- 10 Burpees
- 25 Mountain Climbers (R+L=1)
- 50 Jump Ropes
AMLAP until 6:10. Most pax got 4-5ish laps. YHC logged 2.4 miles.
