THE THANG

Pax were to stay on the track but to run laps with four stations per lap and one exercise per spot  with each exercise being 20 reps

lap 1: curls, step ups, dips, Freddy Mercury’s

lap 2: BOR, squats, derkins, lbc’s

lap 3: shoulder press, lunge, merkins, plank jacks

lap 4: high pulls, pickle pounder, dry docks, flutter kicks

lap 5: kettle bells swings, squat jump, hand release merkins, burpees

lap 6 (done at flag due to time) negative curl, monkey humper, slow merkins, 20 sec canoe hold

lap was was definitely the favorite
