Mosey to the curve for 20 step-ups each leg.
Mosey to the bleachers for 20 triceps presses.
Mosey to the wall for a wall sit rest, including plank for those that finish quickly.
Mosey to the flag pole.
Sprint up the straight to the top of the hill, mosey around to the flagpole, and finish with 10 burpees. Take a 10-count. Rinse and repeat x5.
Mosey to the monkey bars.
5 pull-ups, 10 Bulgarian Split Squats (5 each leg), 20 Big Boi Sit-ups. Repeat x 3 (that was the most anyone got)
Mosey back to the start.
