Immortal Station (Jonesborough) Jonesborough Northeast Tennessee

12 PAX found themselves at Immortal Station on a perfect 50 degree morning ready to do work. YHC decided to recycle a Q from a few weeks ago.

TTT – 10 IC

Imperial Walker – 15 IC

Slow Squat – 10 IC

LBAC – 10 IC then reverse 10 IC

Merkin – 10 IC


Straightforward routine. 4 primary moves with a descending core ladder for a “break”. Begin at the end of the main parking area, run to the base of the hill below the hotel and perform 50 of the primary move. Then run to the top of the hill and finish the remaining 50. Run back to the parking lot for the core work, then move on to the next primary move.

  • 100 Merkins
  • 80 American Hammers (4 count)
  • 100 Squats
  • 60 Flutter Kicks (4 count)
  • 100 Lunges (R+L=1)
  • 40 LBCs
  • 100 Burpees 
  • 20 Heels to Heaven (4 count)

YHC called it at 6:13 for a mosey back to the parking lot. Many of the PAX made it to the second set of burpees. Solid work put in by everyone.
