- Side of building: Pike Push Ups (Carolina Dry Docks)
- 3rd light pole: V-ups
- 2nd light pole: Lateral Lunges (1 ct each leg)
- 1st light pole: Burpees
- 5 pull ups or negatives after each set, then progress
