3 PAX enjoyed some painful fellowship on a perfect 54 degree morning. YHC was planning this workout during the latest episode of Falcon and the Winter Soldier so a tribute to Tony Stark was in order.

Round 1 – perform each move below and run one lap around the track for a total of 4 laps (1600 meters)
- 25 Merkins
- 25 Squats
- 25 Block Presses
- 25 Block Curls
Round 2 – perform each move below and run one lap around the track for a total of 2 laps (800 meters)
- 100 BBSU
- 100 Burpees
(1600 meters + 400 reps) + (800 meters + 200 reps) = 3000 units of bliss
