Run 11 laps doing your choice of upper body exercise on one straightaway and your choice of ab exercise on the other straightaway.

Found that ‘Im in pretty good shape for anaerobic exercises but not so much for aerobic exercise and wanted to get in a nice long workout keeping heart rate up the whole time. Mission accomplished!
