7 PAX arrived at the AO on this slightly humid late spring gloom. It was nice to see some sunlight at the beginning of the beatdown.

Beginning at one end of the parking lot, the PAX did 1 rep of each exercise and ran 1 parking space suicide, then 2 reps and 2 spaces, 3 reps>3 spaces, etc. up to 15 (after 15 work back down) adding a hill run after multiples of 5. PAX completed 14-16 rounds before time was called.
