THE THANG
YHC was inspired by the one and only Jobs for today’s iteration of the workout Pax mosey to the road on the side of the school and at each tree rotated a series of three exercise: 5 hand release merkins, 5 squats, 10 mountain climbers. Make a hard right to go around the back of the school and at each light pole complete 3 burpees. Pax then hit the pull-up bars for 10 oyo. Then each light pole to the swings complete 10 freaking 20’s (that’s 20 flutter kicks IC). Then perform 10 underdogs. Pax meander to the bottom of bill by school flag pole and Everest to mid hill and complete 10 hand release merkins. Pax then continue up hill by Bernie sander and stop at each tree for a 10 squat penalty. At the top of the hill head towards roan st stopping at each light pole for 3 more burpees each (side note…decline burpees are interesting). At roan street pax jog back to flag…thankfully it’s all down hill YHC is no dummy.
