While standing do a slow butt kick with the right leg and gently pull your ankle towards your butt for a short pause (1 on the cadence count), then put the foot down (2 on cadence count), then pull the left leg up and pull for a short pause (3) and down (4))

THE THANG
Welcome back dodecahedron. 12 sided die with a different exercise on each side. We took turns rolling it. Total of 26 rolls. While we did all of the exercises at least once, the mountain climbers and pullups came up the most:
- 30 mountain climbers (x6)
- 10 pull-ups (x4)
Others coming up a varying amount of times
- 15 jump lunges
- 15 tuck jumps
- 1 minute wall sit
- 20 burpees
- 20 merkins
- 20 dips
- 30 American Hammers
- 30 Freddy Mercuries
- 30 second side plank each side
- 15 squat jumps
