Complete 5 reps of each exercise, then run 1 bridge lap. Then, 10 reps and 2 laps, then 15 and 3 laps up to 25 reps and 5 laps. Then proceed back down the ladder by 5/1, respectively until time is called. All the PAX put in hard work, and the lead PAX put in 2.5+ miles to boot…….
