Ladder up the hill

Northeast Tennessee Arrowhead (Indian Trail) Johnson City

It was 45 degrees and the moon had a distinct aura. 9 PAX gathered including some familiar profiles that haven’t posted in a while. When it was finally light enough to see, those profiles were confirmed by their faces.  Hey, it’s PBS and Matlock. Interesting Q to come back for, might be a tough one…

Indian run the long way to the monkey bars


Ladder across the parking lot and up the hill.  Each round enters with 10 pullups. The following stations were defined:

  • 1st light pole: 10 reps
  • 3rd light pole: 20 reps
  • Base of hill: 30 reps
  • Middle of hill: 40 reps
  • Top of hill: 50 reps

Run back to pullup bars and move to next round.  The rounds:

  • Round 1: Merkins
  • Round 2: Squats
  • Round 3: Dying cockroaches (2ct)

Most PAX made it around the beginning of round 3.
