Indian Run the long way to the pullup bars
THE THANG
A quick descending ladder was done to keep with the routine of always doing pullups at a Q. So we did 6 pullups, then 6 burpees, followed by 5 and 5, 4/4, etc.
Next, partner up. One partner holds a wall sit while the other does the first exercise. Then switch. On the following round, wall sit with the second exercise.
- Octamerkin round
- Underdogs x10
Basically, each PAX alternated wall sit, octamerkin, wall sit, underdog. Rinse and repeat for 2 rounds each.
Mosey to the top of the hill. Same idea. Wall sit on the school sign while the partner does:
- V-ups x10 (about 20 yards away)
- Merkins x10 (at the middle of the hill)
Rinse and repeat for two rounds.
Mosey back to start. 1.26 miles per person even with all that sitting.
