7 Doods did an amazing thing. They got up at 5AM and worked out the cold and dark. If you haven’t done it in awhile, try it. You’ll see what I mean. It’s not easy.

Birthday Q is an important Q, but not as important to me as an Anniversary Q. But close.

Prison Yard workout variation
Grab a couple of parking spaces and find a friend.

Partner 1 does 15 each of:

  • Pushups
  • Heels to Heaven
  • Squats
  • Horizontal lunges

Alternating Bear Crawling and crab walking between each corner

Partner 2 does:

  • 8 pull ups, mosey to swings
  • 8 horizontal rows, mosey to wall
  • 24 Chicken Peckers, tag partner
  • THIS ADDS UP TO 40. I AM TURNING 40. THIS IS NOT A COINCIDENCE.
  • Daisy did this workout with a vest. Motivating to witness!
