Since the MLB players have forgotten that they are merely employees and have caused opening day to be delayed, the pax gathered this morning had one of our own. Also, I really don’t care about baseball in general so my life isn’t really affected either way. Work was done by us regardless.
YHC was reminded of a baseball themed workout earlier in the week and since I saw the calendar was open I put my claim on it. Little did I know the master and innovator of said theme,Jobs, also was planning the Q, and thus we entered into rigorous debate in the parking lot as to whom should lead. Needless to say I was victorious in that endeavor and promptly tucked my weinke in my pocket and gathered my coupon.

Pax grabbed their coupons and moseyed to the baseball dugout. For those that don’t know during the baseball workout we follow the path around the field that’s next to the school stopping at what would be the equivalent of the bases which equates to 10 reps at 1st 20 at second and so on. Furthermore the “innings” are represented by the exercises.
inning 1) OHP
2) flutter kicks IC
7) two laps with 20 merkins at end of each lap
9) mtn climbers
full disclosure; we were only able to complete through the first lap of the seventh inning stretch
