It was a pleasant 50 degrees as seven PAX braved the morning to put in some work on what ended up being quite the smoker. With curling coupons in hand, and disappointed no one brought the Olympic kind, we went to work.

Dora Lunge Lap: Pax 1 begins lunging around the track while Pax 2 runs around the lap, eventually catching up to Pax 1 and relieving him. Switch, rinse, repeat until one full lap is completed by lunging.
Individual station work. Reps were 20 for the first lap, 15 for the second.
