I was not very motivated this morning to post. I had not had more than 4 hours of sleep on any night this week. I was ready to be a no-show when I saw the message that I was needed to take the Q. While I may not have been in the best headspace when I arrived, I don’t think I have ever regretted posting to any Q. I enjoyed this morning with White Owl as we both pushed through another cold, dark morning. This morning we celebrated the birthday of Backfire. 5 movements times 7 reps – 35 movements, 4 rounds – for April and only one time for each set of movements for the 1st: April 1st and 35 years old. You will notice the COP and Mary are each in reps of 35.
