YHC had in mind to conduct a solid yet non Murph muscle recovery Q.  However it didn’t start out so well…we lost a little track of time chatting and started not quite on time #IamNOTaprofessional. But I did bring music to keep us entertained during the deck of cards, so that means something…I think. But if I was a professional then I probably wouldn’t have needed the tunes.
